WSA Paving LLC provides asphalt paving, sealcoating, repair, line striping, grading, and related services across Minnesota and North Dakota. Service availability may vary by location.

The AI Estimator tool provides preliminary cost estimates for reference purposes only. These estimates are not guaranteed quotes and may differ from final project pricing. Actual costs depend on on-site evaluation, material availability, project complexity, and other factors. A formal written estimate will be provided after an in-person assessment.

Quotes and Pricing

All formal quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Pricing is subject to change based on material costs, project scope changes, and unforeseen site conditions discovered during work.

Limitation of Liability

WSA Paving LLC's liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
